The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend the entire Team at the Williams Data Management Company for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that we had a positive customer experience.

However, we will be failing in our duty if we neglect to name specific individuals that we communicated with directly including but not limited to Delfina, Elizabeth, Morales and Gary Wright. In out opinion, the level of service that the entire Team extended to us met and exceeded our expectations.

As background, we suffered water damage in our building due to the recent rains that has pounded California and desperately needed storage boxes to secure Charts and X-Ray Films while repair work is under way. On December 30, 2010, we purchased the storage boxes for the charts from Office Max but still needed boxes for the X-Rays. We called various firms but they were unable to address our immediate need.

We searched online and found the Williams Firm. We initially spoke to Delfina at about 4:00 pm and she quickly took our order and arranged for us to pick-up the boxes. We were running a little late coming from the South Bay and concerned we will not make the 5:00 pm cut-off but Elizabeth gave us adequate assurances that Operations will remain open until we picked up the boxes. We arrived on company premises a little after 5:00 pm, met Morales and the rest is history. We needed extra boxes on December 31, 2010, when the business was closed but Gary Wright was on hand to again provide astounding customer service.

We are exceptionally impressed by the overall support and service provided by the Williams Team that we felt compelled to send this Letter of Commendation because the entire Team beyond a doubt have earned it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, the level of service, attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty is heartwarming and worthy of note.

It certainly appears that it was simply the Team's extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support and the company culture that motivated them to go the extra mile.
